Matthew is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the District and Bankruptcy Courts of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Matthew earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin.
